What is it:
The Dynamic Billboard adapts to the width of the device on which it is displayed. The creative is revealed through a full-width "window" in the body of the page. As a user scrolls down, creative in the foreground (e.g., text, logos) move along the fixed background giving the appearance of a moving window. Appears on all device types.
