Email Body Specifications

Body Dimensions 600 pixels wide
Body Format PSD* (Photoshop)
Logo Must used the approved Provider logo

* AARP will not accept non-PSD file submissions so as to maintain the quality of final files and to adhere to development time lines

Copy Specifications

Subject Line Must include the Provider's name
Copy Recommendations
  • Use standard web safe fonts, minimum 10 pts/px
  • Embed and underline hyperlinks (do not display actual URL)
  • Although we offer unlimited height, keep email as short as possible
  • Avoid using all capital letters
